1. Executive support: Assist the Director with all projects related to Treta Foundation, The Healing Room, and SonaliMittra.com, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
2. Appointment & scheduling: Manage the Director's calendar by scheduling appointments, sessions, and meetings with clients, partner organizations, and internal teams.
3. Employee performance & reporting: Oversee employee performance evaluations and compile reports on employee progress, helping maintain high standards of productivity.
4. Recruitment & onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
5. Timesheet management: Manage and record employee timesheets, ensuring accurate timekeeping and adherence to schedules.
6. Reception & office management: Handle reception duties, including answering calls, managing office supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
7. Event management: Assist in planning and coordinating events such as workshops, webinars, and client engagements hosted by Treta Foundation and its subsidiaries.
