About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on lead generation, identifying and meeting new clients to introduce them to products and services provided by the company
2. Engage new and old clients periodically with postings, newsletters, etc.
3. Work on proposal writing, follow-up, and requirement gathering, and become the link between the development team and customer/clients
4. Handle the CRM activities with good communication skills (English speaking)
5. Identify new sales spots/zones/customers for the Misrii products
6. Prepare presentations for buyers, meet them and close the lead
7. Identify new market opportunities and prepare strategies to create market demand
8. Work on managing data & documentation
9. Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

1. English proficiency (spoken)
2. English proficiency (written)
3. MS-Excel
4. Social media marketing proficiency

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 16,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 84.75%

2. Variable component: 13%

3. Other incentives: 2.25%
