Our client company is a F&B Retail and Hotel based out of East Africa. The role will be based in East Africa.

Qualifications and Skills

More than 10 years of experience in culinary arts and kitchen management
Demonstrated culinary creativity and ability to create unique dishes
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the culinary team
Proven expertise in menu development and food cost management
Experience in kitchen management and maintaining operational efficiency
Ability to train and mentor culinary staff for continuous improvement
Excellent quality control abilities to uphold food standards
Effective vendor management skills for sourcing high-quality ingredients

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production
Oversee menu development and ensure innovative and profitable offerings
Implement cost-effective measures for food sourcing and production
Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and compliance with regulations
Develop and conduct staff training programs to enhance skills and performance
Manage vendor relationships for fresh and quality ingredients
Enforce quality control measures to deliver consistent dining experience
