Executive - Finance & Accounting Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly and quarterly accounts closing, finalization of financial statements, and audit preparation
2. Conduct financial performance analysis
3. Prepare and submit PMS (Portfolio Management Service) reports
4. Compute shop recoveries and overhead rates using absorption costing methodology
5. Calculate and analyze under-recoveries
6. Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements such as Income Taxes and GST
7. Strengthen internal controls
8. Prepare and monitor the budget focusing on revenue and expense control
9. Manage fixed assets accounting
10. Oversee inventory management processes
11. Coordinate and facilitate income tax audits, cost audits, and statutory audits
12. Handle business requirements and provide timely inputs as required
13. Increase domain knowledge with continuous learning and undergo different training programs for self-development
14. Participate in cross-functional initiatives
15. Coordinate with the digitalization team to support the implementation of finance and accounting digital initiatives
