Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Executive Head Chef specializing in PAN ASIAN and Modern Indian Cuisine with 7-10 years of experience for a full-time position located in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, innovation, and a commitment to culinary excellence to our team. This role requires handling high-pressure environments while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in PAN ASIAN and MODERN INDIAN CUISINE (Mandatory skill).
Able to handle high pressure environments and maintain quality (Mandatory skill).
Experience in menu development to create innovative and appealing dishes.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety management practices and regulations.
Skills in inventory management to ensure the availability and freshness of ingredients.
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team to achieve excellence.
Familiarity with kitchen technology software to enhance operational efficiency.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to culinary excellence at every level.

Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement menus that showcase PAN ASIAN and Modern Indian cuisines with creativity and flair.
Ensure that culinary operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory effectively and ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards in cooking and service.
