Key responsibilities:

1. Reaching out to current and potential trainers in different technical (IT) domains and empaneling them
2. Drafting and implementing a clear trainer empanelment process
3. Building, co-ordinating and liasoning with our HR partners
4. Coordinating the ongoing corporate training programs
