Key responsibilities:

1. Work in coordination with the field force of the clients and inform both patients and prescribers of the benefits/services of the Patient Support Program (PSP)
2. Keep track of all patients inquiring about the PSP Program and facilitate their enrollment in the Patient Support Program (PSP)
3. Visit hospitals and prescribers explaining the services and offerings of the Patient Support Program (PSP)
4. Provide a patient work plan as to which patient needs to be assisted with what service, when, and where
5. Make patient home visits if needed
6. Assist patients who are not able to send the documentation to be enrolled in support programs by helping them with the consent forms, collecting the necessary information pertaining to enrollment such as copies of prescription and ID on the patient's behalf, and sending it to the Program Administrator
7. Provide regular updates to the prescribers about their enrolled patients after enrollment including the enrollment status of the patients, utilization of program services by them, and their well-being
