We are looking for a social worker with a keen interest or previous work experience in managing education projects. The coordinator will be responsible for executing Muskurahat's flagship program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travelling to project locations to assess and improve the on-ground implementation of the project.
2. Review daily reporting and monthly plans - Using Excel, and G-Suite.
3. Coordinate with facilitators on day-to-day implementation and class schedules.
4. Regularly conducting assessments and mapping project progress.
5. Assisting senior management in program strategy.
6. Willingness to take the lead in tasks and display ownership of responsibilities.
This role has the potential to eventually lead the entire project independently.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Graduation in social work, development, education or a relevant field.
2. Proficient in MS Office, and digital tools.
3. Preferred experience in education projects and/or on-ground project implementation.
4. Ability to take the lead and manage teams.
5. Excellent in oral and written communication in English.
6. Willingness to travel to project locations including rural locations.
7. Responsible work ethic.
8. Intends to grow professionally in the social sector.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, at the sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for society and laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014. Since then, we have been spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers. Muskurahat is an initiative to touch every sphere of society, including underprivileged children, looked down upon due to poverty, women, and their environment. We struggle every day to make the world a better and happy place to live in.
