Executive - Production (Sunburn) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing small, branding, and VC vendors across PAN India.
2. Submitting bills, following up on vendor payments, and organizing files for each event according to the cost sheet. Maintaining a production excel sheet to track vendor payments and outstanding balances.
3. Demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
4. Planning, coordinating and executing branding for all live events.
5. Leading branding and signage efforts across PAN India.
6. Heading on-ground branding for the Sunburn Festival.
7. Coordinating with small-scale vendors such as digital printing, alkies, and volunteers across PAN India.
8. Providing on-site execution assistance.
9. Preparing post-event reports for on-ground branding, signage, and VC.

Your Checklist:

1. Proven experience in event and brand management.
2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
3. 2-4 years of mandatory experience in event production.
4. Experience in budget management and a comprehensive understanding of the overall event process.
