Sunburn introduced 'Sunburn Arena' in 2011 bringing some of the world s best DJs to India like Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Deadmau5, Swedish House Mafia, and many more in an exhilarating arena format across all major cities. Inaugurated in 2007, Sunburn is a synergy of music, entertainment, food, shopping, and lifestyle that attracts music tourism in India and now spreading its wings across the globe to Sri Lanka in 2012 & Dubai in 2013.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
2. Following up with partners for invoicing
3. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
4. Plan, lock, and close the cost sheet of Sunburn reload shows
5. Plan & execute accreds for Sunburn Arena & festival
6. Providing assistance during the event operations
7. Working on backend processes like P&Ls, Accreditation, F&B, etc
