TribeVibe Entertainment Private Limited is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scenes and vibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie-ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intended to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Pitching and locking colleges for Tribevibe
2. Developing the business for Tribevibe across colleges
3. Taking care of the on-ground execution of the events
4. Working closely with the business team to understand and convert event objectives
5. Coordinating with artists, production vendors, logistics team, and college teams
6. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
7. Working on vendor identification and selection
8. Working on cost and budget management with different teams - licensing, talent management, F&B, operations, sales, volunteer, security, production, ticketing, show running, etc.
