Job Overview

The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and finances in our company. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in the FMCG-Food industry. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Store Executive or similar role in the FMCG-Food industry
Solid knowledge of inventory management and control
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Financial management proficiency
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of store security and safety procedures
Experience in marketing and promotional activities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
Oversee staff management including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Monitor and control financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense management
Ensure store security and safety measures are implemented and followed
Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
Produce regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate store operations
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
