Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior EXIM Operations professional to join our team at BioMatrix Healthcare in Ahmedabad. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in export-import operations. The primary responsibility will involve managing various processes in EXIM operations while closely coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless and timely execution.

Location: Sindhubhavn Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all activities related to pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Coordinate with logistics partners to organize freight booking and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
Work collaboratively with other departments, including finance, production, quality assurance, and administration, to streamline export processes.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of shipment schedules and requirements to all stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on all shipments to ensure no delays occur in the supply chain process.
Analyze and report on export-import data and statistics to support strategic decision-making processes.
Foster relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners to negotiate the best possible rates and services.
Develop and maintain proper filing systems for all documentation related to EXIM operations to ensure quick retrieval and compliance.
