We seek a loving, dedicated, and passionate 'Preschool Teacher' with a minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
2. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore and learn.
3. Plan and conduct various stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
4. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
5. Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualized support and adapting activities as needed.
6. Collaborate with a team of educators to continuously update and improve the curriculum.
7. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in the classroom.
