Roles & Responsibilities :-
Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and documentation for audit purposes.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and any issues that may arise.
Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation requirements.
Assist with resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may impact shipment clearance.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed regarding export documentation and compliance matters.
Required Candidate Profile :-
Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
Previous experience in export documentation or international logistics.
Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation requirements, and INCO terms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
