Job Overview

Trident Dispatch is seeking a talented Fabrication Engineer to join our team. As a Fabrication Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process of metal components, ensuring quality and accuracy. This is a full-time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1-3 years of experience in fabrication engineering
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of materials specification and selection
Experience operating flame cutting and welding equipment
Ability to prepare metal components for fabrication
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
Excellent coordination and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the fabrication process of metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Select and procure appropriate materials for fabrication
Operate flame cutting and welding equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines
Conduct quality checks on fabricated components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues
Maintain accurate documentation and records of fabrication activities
