1. Plan, execute, and manage high-performance Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads campaigns
2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
4. Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics, keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend, improve campaign efficiency, and maximize ROAS
5. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for all campaigns, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
