Wildship Enterprises is a thriving Indian e-commerce business. We are seeking a talented and motivated Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic team of content creation and marketers. A proven work experience of 1-2 years is required for the role
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement audience targeting strategies using Facebook's ad targeting options, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences
2. Continuously segment and refine target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and engagement data
3. Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for relevance score, ensuring ads are shown to the most receptive audiences
4. Set up and manage Dynamic Product Ads to promote products to users who have expressed interest on your e-commerce website or app
5. Customize ad creatives and product catalogs to align with user behavior and website activity
6. Track performance metrics specific to DPA, such as ROAS, and adjust bid strategies accordingly to maximize the return on ad spend for each product
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (1-2 years) managing Facebook Ads campaigns
2. Proficiency in Facebook Ads, including setting up and optimizing campaigns
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results
7. Meta Ads certification is preferred
