Facebook Marketing Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for clients
2. Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
3. Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience
4. Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with the overall marketing strategy
6. Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
7. Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints
8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy
9. Test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve performance
10. Work on staying current with industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 2 years of Facebook ads experience
2. Bachelor's/diploma degree in marketing, advertising or related field
3. Expertise in Facebook ads
4. Comfortable with ads reporting & analytics
5. Understanding of Facebook s ad policies
6. Ability to create & manage campaigns
7. Experience with A/B testing & optimization
8. Knowledge of targeting & custom audiences
9. Proficiency in ad copy & creative development
10. Experience with Facebook pixel implementation
11. Strong Communication & Collaboration Skill
