Key responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and tutorials in relevant subject areas at undergraduate.
- Develop and review course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans in accordance with academic standards.
- Conduct assessments such as exams, assignments, and presentations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

2. Research:
- Actively engage in research, publishing papers in reputed journals, conferences, and other academic platforms.
- Seek and apply for research funding and grants.
- Supervise and guide students' research projects, dissertations, and theses (for postgraduates).

3. Administrative & Institutional Contributions:
- Participate in academic committees, course evaluations, and departmental meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and course structure.
- Assist in the promotion of departmental activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage and participate in university-level administrative duties as required.

4. Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field through continuous learning, and attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Contribute to the academic community by participating in peer review, research collaborations, and knowledge-sharing
