Fashion Consultant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with existing/new clients regarding any queries they raise on socials
2. Work on handling backend orders and stock in the studio
3. Develop and execute best practices in business development and client management systems
4. Develop close relations with clients and update them with the latest information, running discounts and look-books
5. Help them have an interactive shopping experience by catering to their needs and requirements specifically
6. Work on acting as a sole point of contact for any complaints and escalating issues and helping find an appropriate resolution
7. Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients

Required:

1. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
2. Standard knowledge of fabrics will be an added advantage
3. The ability to communicate confidently both through speaking and writing with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization
4. A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
5. Resilience
6. The ability to research and keep on top of developments in the industry (an interest in the fashion industry will help)
7. Commercial awareness
8. Work experience- 0-1 year minimum
