Key Responsibilities:
1. Should come from a Fashion Design Background and be creatively inclined.
2. Preferably done Boutique management
3. Kind courteous, patient & good multi-tasking & management skills.
4. Good with illustration & expressing the designs to the customers
5. Good with garment construction & pattern making.
6. Should be able to take measurements of the customers in the absence of a master.
7. Should be able to keep track of orders & facilitate them with the tailoring team
8. Should know how to speak Kannada & English.
9. Needs to work on weekends & take a day off on a weekday instead, Work timings 11:30-8:30 pm (flexible)
10. Collaborate with designers to create innovative and trendsetting fashion designs using Adobe Illustrator.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
12. Drive sales by recommending products and styling solutions that align with customer preferences.
13. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
14. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative projects.
