About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the research and development of new styles
2. Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
3. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration
4. Working with digital workplace tools such as Canva, InShot, and Pixlr is a plus
5. Creating production sketches for development packages
6. Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines and create new concepts
