Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Fashion Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The role involves contributing to the design and creation of women's ethnic.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in ladies ethnic wear design with a focus on Indo-Western and Kurtis styles.
Competence in using CAD software to create detailed design layouts for fabric and garment production.
Ability to produce technical sketches that accurately convey design concepts and details.
Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating digital designs and mock-ups.
Experience with Adobe Express for creating promotional and marketing materials for collections.
Familiarity with designing Kurtis coordinated sets, ensuring the blend of style and comfort.
Understanding of fabric selection, colors, and fashion trends is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
