Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Admin Executive for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. This mid-level role requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in administrative and support functions. The ideal candidate will possess the essential skills to efficiently manage office tasks and support organizational operations.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for efficient document and data management (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail (Mandatory skill).
Excellent use of communication tools to facilitate effective internal and external interactions (Mandatory skill).
Experience with Google Workspace for collaborative work across the company with ease.
Strong skills in calendar management to organize meetings and appointments efficiently.
Capability to perform expense reporting, tracking financial documents and reimbursements.
Proven track record in travel coordination, handling itineraries, and accommodations.
Exemplary time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure their smooth functioning.
Coordinate schedules and communicate with employees and clients for meetings and appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations for staff as required.
