Female Banquet Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pay timely visits to travel agents
2. Send banquet event proposals to the guests
3. Call customers to give them timely reminders
4. Attend all telephone calls in a timely manner and follow up on previous inquiries using appropriate telephone etiquette
5. Assist the seniors with the supporting data to turn the visitors into clients
6. Prepare new ideas to generate banquet and room sales
7. Inform managers with complete information about the banquet/group booking event details to run a smooth operation
8. Ensure that all the administrative documents are prepared for the hotel sales team
9. Maintain all client information and database
10. Update the catering and banquet dates on the calendar
11. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the organization
