Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Excel (Mandatory skill) for data management and reporting.
Experience in Collections (Mandatory skill) ensuring timely recovery of dues.
Skill in Cash collections (Mandatory skill) with accuracy and accountability.
Proven experience in field collections, dealing directly with customers on-site.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Competence in using data management tools to maintain accurate records.
Good understanding of collection processes and legal implications.
Resilience and ability to handle pressure in challenging situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Visit clients and customers for on-site collection of dues and payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and report regularly to the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards during collection activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in payments.
Follow up with clients for timely payment and negotiate solutions for overdue accounts.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
Utilize data management tools to update and track collection status and outstanding dues.
