About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the take-back programs for The Kabadiwala.
2. Take responsibility for executing the campaign successfully.
3. Manage the collection routing pickups, segregation, and delivery to the recyclers.
4. Find and connect with the nearest authorized recyclers.
5. Manage a network of scrap dealers for The Kabadiwala.
6. Maintain adherence to CPCB compliance.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated client portfolio.
8. Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on progress status, target achievement, documentation, and other updates.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience in the waste sector/recycling/managing CSR campaigns/ NGO projects will be given priority.

2. Willingness to work on the field 80% of the time.

3. Proficiency in MS Office.

4. Travel across cities as and when needed.

5. Should know local languages spoken in Bangalore.

Timing – Morning 9.30 AM to 7 PM
