Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect UBCs from designated areas in Maharajganj and Khushi Nagar.
2. Conduct awareness programs on used beverage carton recycling in liquor shops, markets, schools, and institutes.
3. Collaborate with industries to collect bulk scrap and facilitate its recycling.
4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including industries, schools, and local communities.
5. Provide training and build relationships with local waste pickers and ragpickers to:
- Educate them on proper waste segregation and recycling practices.
- Encourage them to collect UBCs and other recyclable materials.
6. Meet designated targets and report progress to the management team.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Education: Any Graduate.
2. Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in waste management, recycling, or a related field.
- Experience in conducting awareness programs or campaigns related to waste management.
3. Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- familiarity with the local area and ability to travel to designated locations.
- Knowledge of waste management practices and regulations.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
