Field Sales Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell Tutoroot's educational products and services.
2. Engage in daily 90 mins talkative sessions to connect with potential clients,understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
3. Schedule and deliver 7 product demos per week to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features of Tutoroot's offerings.
4. Achieve a minimum of 2 unit sales targets per week.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
7. Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve products, services, and sales processes.
8. Need to Book 4 demos in a day clock 90 mins talk-time and conduct one 1 demo on a weekday for attendance.
9. Need to conduct 2 demos on Saturday and 2 demos on Sunday for attendance.
10. A valid demo duration must be 2 hours for attendance
