1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients/jewellers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating contracts.
5. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our services and offerings.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
7. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
8. Excellent CRM skills needed.
