The Role
The role of a Fundraiser is to raise awareness about our client that works for Child Rights in many states in India with an aim to improve lives of the marginalized children through education, healthcare and safety to people on the street, at public places, offices, on the phone and at their homes and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters of our client.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop an understanding of our client's campaigns
2. Make presentations and explain campaigns to members of the public in a clear and interesting way
3. Meet set income targets by signing paid-supporters for the client

On the job training
Training is provided to all new fundraisers on Campaigns as also techniques in talking to people on the street and convincing them to become supporters.

Compensation:
Fundraisers join us at CTC Rs. 25,600 per month + Travel Allowance (Rs. 175 per day) + Incentives (Rs. 1,000-20,000). On confirmation (3-6 months), based on successful performance the pay will increase to CTC Rs. 28,900 per month + TA + Incentives. We also have recognition and reward schemes throughout the year.
