About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Representing Tophawks in on-ground promotional events in households, societies, malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, departmental stores, etc.
2. Interacting with customers/parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo
3. Managing operations of the promotion activities to make sure they run smoothly
4. Focussing on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization

English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

2. Should have 0 to 2 years of experience working in sales/marketing

3. Should have excellent communication skills in the regional language, English, and Hindi

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

1. 1 day off in a week
2. 6 days working
