About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Discover and pursue new sales prospects
2. Negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction, via field visits
3. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
4. Research prospects and generate leads
5. Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
6. Participate in sales team meetings

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven experience as a field sales executive or relevant role (min-1 year)
2. Proficiency in English / Hindi language
3. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
4. Own vehicle/ mode of traveling is mandatory

Salary

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
