About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Present the sales pitch and enable an opportunity conversion for our organization
2. Search warehouse owners/operators and negotiate deals effectively
3. Search prospective clients and convert sales leads to business effectively
4. Acquire new clients and sell warehousing and distribution of 3PL solutions to them
5. The candidate should have spent most of their sales career focusing on 3PL customers and should have in-depth knowledge of understanding customers' requirements and pitching customized solutions
6. Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts
7. Visit regularly the existing accounts validating our service levels and developing new revenue streams
8. Present weekly sales reports with comparison tables
9. Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching solutions, negotiation, contracting, invoicing, and payment collection
10. Team management and taking reports daily
11. Handle existing clients and generate new leads as well

Skills and requirements:

1. MBA with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles
2. Minimum 1 year of sales marketing experience in the e-commerce fulfillment domain
3. Must be good at the preparation of quotations, presentations, and other soft skills
4. Self-starter, confident, and collaborative with the ability to multitask and work in a team
5. Track record in negotiations, deal closure, and customer relationship management
6. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
7. Strong analytical & finance skills
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
9. Must know Telugu, Hindi, and English
10. Should have own vehicle
