Key responsibilities:

1. Carry the sales of subscriptions to our new educational mobile application all over India
2. Contact educational institutions in their preferred work divisions, get their permission, and market or sell our product in their classes
3. Work on generating leads
4. Work on achieving sales targets
5. Work on gaining knowledge about our e-learning products, presenting them to end users, and answering their queries

Additional details:

1. Salary: During probation, an annual CTC of 1,68,000 (i.e., 14,000 per month) will be paid to a field sales executive in addition to incentives. After becoming a permanent employee, a field sales executive is entitled to an annual CTC of 3,60,000 (i.e., 30,000 per month) in addition to incentives
2. Target: Needs to work on achieving the target of 500 subscriptions per month (~20 subscriptions per day). The cost of the subscription is 100
3. Incentives: The incentive will be 30% of the sales made
4. Hiring criteria: For the first 3 months, a hired field sales executive will be on probation
5. On successfully achieving the target in at least two months (out of the three months) during probation, a field sales executive will become a permanent employee
6. Cancellation terms: If the field sales executive fails to achieve the target at least twice during probation, their employment will be canceled
7. Not achieving the target twice in 4 months after becoming a permanent employee will lead to the cancellation of employment
