Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
2. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
3. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
4. Ensuring no losses or errors occur while assisting customers
5. Working towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes
6. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
7. Adhering to and supporting company policies and practices

Requirements:

1. The role entails working only on the day shift
2. Flexible and able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands
3. Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off the environment
4. Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
5. Good selling and negotiations skills
6. Undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate
7. Minimum 0 to 1-year experience in working in the areas of sales
