Proven record of sales success in business-to-business scenarios
Past sales experience in selling software solutions
Willingness to travel and camp in another location to get the sales activity done
Ability to articulate solution concepts to prospects with strong presentation skills
A knack to simplify and explain technology to prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good knowledge of MS Office tools
Well organized, with the ability to juggle multiple prospects
Willingness to travel and stay for extended periods if needed
Must be a team player, brainstorm to come up with tactics and strategies, but work independently to execute the same
Have a keen sense of observation to understand the various stakeholder's positions related to the offering
Must have prior understanding of purchase, sales, manufacturing, and other business processes
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
