1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very solid communication skills in English and Hindi
Knowing Regional languages would be an advantage
Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues
Able to handle tough situations independently
Educational qualifications: Graduation with experience in sales and client servicing
Must excel at creating and closing new opportunities
By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
