Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

The ideal candidate should be target oriented and can tackle or handle the pressure calmly. They have to make calls on given leads and convert the leads and have the ability for driving/close conversations with potential clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Successfully generate the business from new or existing leads
2. Manage complex negotiations with clients
3. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
4. Manage digital marketing or digital platforms

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
2. Negotiation skills: You need to possess the ability to persuade of the need to give and answer questions about the impact of your organisation.
3. Some experience in sales cold calling.
4. Having strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong influencing skills.
6. Problem-solving attitude.
