About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
2. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate Nexa models and features.
3. Provide detailed information about vehicles, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.
4. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to prospective buyers.
5. Manage and follow up on customer leads generated through online and offline channels.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the product lineup and stay updated on new models and promotions.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
8. Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
9. Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, PUC, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Freshers also can apply if they are interested in the automobile industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Knowledge of the automotive market and a passion for cars.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
