About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify patients in need of financial support based on the company's criteria.
2. Educate patients about crowdfunding and Ketto's role in fundraising, guiding them through the campaign creation process.
3. Engage with patients to understand their financial needs.
4. Assist patients in developing their campaigns by helping them write their stories, upload relevant pictures, and submit necessary documents.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with doctors and medical social workers at designated hospitals.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Location: Candidates must reside within an 8-10 km radius of the designated hospitals.

Transportation: A two-wheeler is required for convenient commuting.

Laptop: Candidates should either own a laptop or have the option to rent one, with the company covering up to ₹2,000 per month for rental expenses.

Industry Experience: Candidates must have a background in the pharmaceutical domain, with strong connections to hospitals and doctors.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada is essential.

Location Specifics for Bangalore: Preferred residential areas include J P Nagar and Jayanagar.

Designated Hospitals in Bangalore: Aster RV, St. John’s, Manipal Hospital, Kidwai Hospital, Apollo Bannerghatta, and Rainbow Bannerghatta.

Other:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to meet fundraising targets.

Capacity to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.

Empathy to understand clients’ and patients’ needs.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc.).

Ability to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Flexibility to work occasional hours to accommodate client requests.

Fluency in Kannada, along with Hindi and English, is mandatory.

Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a significant advantage but not required
