Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a mid-level position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural areas. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in Beverages or FMCG field sales.
Excellent negotiation skills (Mandatory skill).
Experience in distributor appointing (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in activating a chain of hotels (Mandatory skill).
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Capability to conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities.
Deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven problem-solving skills in a sales environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.
He Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
Ensure Achievement of Secondary Sales Targets
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and in person.
Maintain Relations with Existing Dealers
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
Payment collection from Hotels, Distributors, Dealers and settlement as per SOP.
Collect & Report Required Market Information on Competitor Activities Like Promotions (Trade & Consumer), New Brands, Etc
Submitting Daily & Weekly sales reports
Ensure Execution of Primary & Secondary Sales
