Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure collection of the sales proceeds as per the rules and regulations
2. Ensure prompt service to the doctors by coordinating CRM, and SCM, and addressing customer complaints
3. Expand the customer base week after week by building a proper database
4. Ensure proper marketing activities for the area are done
5. Send the daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to higher-ups with the analysis report
6. Work on achieving targets
7. Participate in weekly meetings
8. Work on payment collection
9. Work on grievance assistance
10. Ensure proper and on-time delivery of work
11. Ensure work is properly packed and delivered
12. Ensure all the works are picked on the same day
13. Prepare reports on units collected daily
14. Coordinate with a channel partner concerning work collection, payment collection, and work delivery
