We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our FMCG business in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NCR market, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to manage B2B and B2C clients effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the NCR region.
2. Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients.
3. Identify and convert new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
4. Maintain and leverage a database of clients and contacts to generate leads and drive sales.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
7. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Required skills and qualifications:
1. 1-2/5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
2. In-depth knowledge of the NCR market and its dynamics.
3. Established database or contacts within B2B and B2C clients.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
