About the job

As a sales executive at ZO Space, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth across our commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces. Your role will involve field-based selling directly to customers, with a focus on understanding their requirements, providing in-depth analysis of real estate projects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on system generated qualified leads.
2. Conduct field-based selling directly to customers, understanding their requirements and proposing suitable options.
3. Manage site visits, meetings, negotiations, and closures with clients.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
5. Demonstrate strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
6. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
7. Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
8. Utilize CRM for outreach to potential buyers and HNIs.
9. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office sectors.
11. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
12. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and investors.
13. Understand clients needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
14. Promote commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces through various marketing channels.
15. Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the unique features and benefits of each property.
16. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
17. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial real estate, coworking or managed offices.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
