This is a field sales role and we are only looking for male candidates in Hyderabad who have their own two-wheeler.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on the sales of products/services in the market in the assigned region/industry vertical and achieve the sales revenue targets
2. Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients/opportunities, introducing the company, positioning, presenting solutions, and negotiations till the closure of sales
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, meeting clients, networking, and social media
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
6. Consistently monitor sales productivity and track the results
7. Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and closed accounts
8. Meet clients and present them with solutions and closures
9. Add revenues to company growth
10. Utilize direct sales experience in solution sales (CRM/ERP/enterprise/contact center solutions)
11. Engage with customers in a sales meeting
12. Communicate new product features, releases, and relevant happenings
13. Upsell and cross-sell all our services
14. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints when escalated
15. Ensure customer retention
16. Get referrals

1. Skills: Customer relation & retention, networking, upselling
2. Soft skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
3. Language skills: Excellent proficiency in English and also in Hindi
