About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on regular visits to the channel partners, existing and new to build a strong influence/rapport over the network.
2. Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads of RTMI (ready to move in) flats/resale residential properties/commercial and office spaces) through the help of your channel partners.
3. Ensure strong references from channel partners for high-quality leads for site visits for each customer lead shared by the channel partner.
4. Ensure regular engagement with channel partners through communication, scheme explanation, and service offerings of the company.
