Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and meet targets.
2. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
3. Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
4. Follow up for order and reorder
5. Utilize effective communication skills to pitch our products and services to potential customers.
6. Utilize Hindi proficiency to communicate with clients and colleagues effectively.
7. Manage your time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process.
9. Collect payments/dues within the stipulated period of time.
10. Coordinate with the Dispatch Department regularly for timely delivery of orders.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Noida and neighboring cities
Good experience in retail or institutional sales in schools with a proven track
record of good performance
Decent knowledge of different locations/markets in Delhi and NCR
Effective and persuasive communication skills
Proficiency in handling apps on Android Phones.
Experience in working with targets and deadlines.
The person should be self-starter and able to work in the markets and visit
different types of customers to achieve the set targets by the company.
Attention to detail/listening
Knowledge of publishing/books-related industry desirable.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
