Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls, schedule appointments, and conduct field visits within and outside West Bengal
2. Address customer queries by looking into the technical aspects and applicability of products
3. Conduct data and market research on prospective customers, new projects, and industries
4. Create data reports using Excel sheets
5. Send quotations and respond to customer inquiries
6. Search for and fill tenders
7. Manage order delivery

Requirements:

1. Good communication and customer service skills
2. Sales management abilities
3. Prior experience in sales or customer service
4. Knowledge of technical and mechanical designing of couplings
5. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
6. Self-confidence is essential
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technology-friendly
8. A good working laptop with a mobile phone is required
